Reservation Agreement

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All Sedan, SUV, and Van bookings require a minimum 48-hour notice.
All other vehicles, including Limousines, Luxury Buses, and Motor Coaches, require a minimum 96-hour notice to avoid being charged the full amount.

WAITING TIME:
Waiting time applies to all reservations after a 10-minute grace period.
For all airport pickups, a 40-minute grace period is allowed for domestic arrivals and a 1-hour grace period for international arrivals.

STOPS:
All stops are billed at a minimum of $100.00 per stop and apply to transfers or point-to-point rides.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
(1) All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
(2) Vancouver Vip Chauffeurs Ltd. is not liable for mechanical breakdowns while on charter and is only responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
(3) The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental by themselves or any member of their party.
(4) A fee of $100.00 applies for each carpet or seat burn. A sanitation fee of $250.00 applies.
(5) Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited by law. All related fines will be paid by the customer.
(6) The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund in cases of blatant indiscretion by the client(s).
(7) Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle and is left to the discretion of the driver.
(8) The company is not responsible for delays or termination due to unsafe winter road conditions, including unsalted roads, accidents, or road closures.
(9) The company is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
(10) Balances must be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the service. Only cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Amex are accepted.
