Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility while also ensuring the best service for all our clients.
Please take note of our cancellation policy for special events:
1. Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before the Event:
If you need to cancel your reservation more than 48 hours before the scheduled event, there will be no charge applied. We appreciate your early notice, and it allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly.
2. Cancellation Within 48 Hours of the Event:
For cancellations made within 48 hours of the event, a 25% charge will be applied to cover the costs associated with reserving our services and vehicles.
We value your business and hope you understand that this policy helps us maintain the high-quality service you expect from us. It also ensures that our vehicles and chauffeurs are available to accommodate the needs of all our clients.

Reservations for Weddings, Proms, and Graduations: Cancellations within 60 days of the event will incur the full charge.
Emergency Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation due to an emergency situation, we kindly request that customers provide proof of the incident. Failure to provide such proof will result in the application of our standard cancellation policies as outlined above.

Alcohol consumption in any motor vehicle is prohibited by law in BC, irrespective of age, as per Section 44(1) of the Liquor Control Act of BC. Please note that unaccompanied minors (under 19 years old) cannot be accepted on our perimeter seating buses due to regulatory restrictions. A safety monitor is mandatory on board, as per the requirements of the Passenger Transportation Board. For further information, kindly consult with a specialist when making your inquiry.
